Billing Policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Mobile Money (Tigo Pesa, M-Pesa, Airtel Money)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (for selected areas)
2. Billing Information

You must provide accurate and complete billing information including name, address, and payment details. We reserve the right to verify billing information before processing your order.

3. Payment Processing

Your payment will be processed at the time of order placement. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

4. Receipts and Invoices

After successful payment, you will receive a receipt via email. Invoices are available in your account dashboard and can be downloaded for your records.

5. Currency

All transactions are processed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). If your payment method uses a different currency, the conversion rate will be determined by your payment provider.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds or try an alternative payment method.
